The tutorial presents the scheme for writing the case history in internal medicine, the diagnostic algorithm with the formulation of preliminary and final diagnoses, the symptoms and syndromes. The tutorial also provides the reference ranges of laboratory and instrumental methods of examination, the prescriptions for drugs in Latin transcription with their dosage, route and frequency of administration.
